Consumer Insight Manager at CGA

The Consumer Insight Manager at CGA plays a critical role in managing and analyzing research within the eating and drinking out sector. This position helps some of the world’s biggest brands understand consumer interactions with their products. As a Consumer Insight Manager, you will oversee qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects in the vibrant out-of-home and On Premise sectors, providing valuable insights into market trends and client businesses. Collaboration with internal and external teams is essential to design research solutions, analyze results, and present recommendations.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct and manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  2. Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  3. Mentor junior team members in scripting surveys and data analysis.
  4. Create informative presentations to convey key research findings.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships across business units and with clients to support business development efforts.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to update on projects and support business development.
  7. Support the development of junior team members and foster growth within the team.
  8. Design, develop, and deliver global insights into the evolving eating and drinking out sector.
Qualifications
  1. 2-3 years of research experience in consulting, market research, media agencies, or product management, utilizing various research methodologies.
  2. Excellent presentation and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  3. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  4. Demonstrable interest in the eating and drinking out sector.
  5. Eagerness to learn, open-mindedness, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
  6. Bachelor's degree (2:2 or above).
