We have an exciting opportunity for 5 Underwriting Document Reviewers to join us on a 12-month FTC working on our Consumer Duty Communications Project Team.

Working as part of the Schemes & Delegated Authority (SDA) team, you’ll help deliver the SDA Consumer Duty implementation strategy by taking personal accountability for reviewing and implementing improved Delegated Authority Documentation to enhance customer understanding and mitigate harm. 5. Model integrity, resilience, collaboration, and enthusiasm.
  6. Promote a positive culture and exemplify best practices in all aspects of the role.

  8. Provide first-class service to stakeholders.
  9. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive change to resolution.
