We are looking for an experienced Consumer Communications Manager to join the team and play a key role in driving brand relevance, trust and participation through impactful, integrated consumer communications.

Reporting to the Senior Consumer Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering consumer communications across two key areas:
Brand: Creating campaigns and stories that make the organisation’s consumer brand feel modern, relevant and exciting, using stories centred around hope, optimism and participation.
Good Causes: Developing campaigns and content that showcase the real-world impact the organisation has across communities, sport, arts and heritage, helping audiences understand the positive difference their participation makes.
As a creative storyteller, you will use audience insights to develop content that informs, entertains and engages consumers, with a particular focus on creating work that has the potential to generate conversation and sharing across media and social channels.
You will need to have your finger on the pulse of media, social and emerging AI developments, with a proven ability to find creative ways for brands to become part of the cultural conversation.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in consumer PR, media or journalism who can combine creativity with a strategic and commercially aware approach.
