Job Description - Consumer Claims Paralegal – European Markets (Spanish or Nordic Speaking) (15772)
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for supporting the defence, management, coordination and processing of consumer legal challenges against easyJet as a result of operational disruption. The paralegal will ensure that consumer claims for delays/cancellations are immediately assessed to determine those cases which should or should not be legally challenged. The paralegal will be responsible for ensuring easyJet databases, systems and reports are accurately updated and key data disseminated across the business.

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
