Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its central Consulting training function to ensure every colleague has the skills and confidence from onboarding through ongoing CPD. You will be the core trainer, supported by SMEs, translating professional services knowledge into engaging learning experiences.

This role focuses on building a high-quality, consistent learning experience across Consulting, delivering sessions both digitally and in person, and continuously improving content with SME input.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training in a professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder-management and presenting skills.
• Confident at facilitating group learning, in person or online.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training sessions for new joiners and experienced staff via digital and in-person methods.
• Facilitate workshops, virtual sessions, roleplays and practical exercises.
• Coordinate SME contributions and brief guest speakers to ensure consistent messaging.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and use feedback to improve quality.
• Build a library of reusable training content across Consulting.
