The opportunity has arisen for a Contracts and commercial consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities/Role:
  • Work in a team of Commercial Managers and consultants, serving as a key member of the Consulting Team from management to consultant level in Sales & Delivery.
  • Discuss customer requirements and advise on Oracle’s contracting process capabilities and limitations.
  • Model pricing structures for products to align with customer budgets or sales efforts.
  • Determine appropriate contracting methods.
  • Draft contracts and process them through internal approvals.
  • Draft nonstandard contracts, including contracts for Public Sector Customers via the G-Cloud Framework.
  • Analyze information from sales teams to formulate recommendations and solutions.
  • Prepare, deliver, and conduct training sessions for sales teams on business processes.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to guide deal modeling and contract drafting.
  • Stay up-to-date with product/field advances and suggest improvements.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Experience with contracts and commercial processes in a sales environment.
  • Understanding of pricing models and services contract structures.
  • Experience with software automation for approvals and contract processing.
  • Degree educated.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Effective team player, capable of remote communication.
  • Problem-solving skills.
