Job summary

RSM is seeking graduates who can contribute to client work from day one, gaining real experience in Finance Function Support or Risk and Governance. You’ll learn through client engagements, structured training and mentoring as you build confidence in your advisory career.

You’ll join a fast-growing firm offering structured training, paid study options, and access to qualifications while supporting clients across the UK.

Qualifications

• UCAS points requirement across three A levels or four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate
• Existence of permanent right to live and work in the UK for this role
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory financial statements and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities.
• Turn financial information into meaningful insight that helps clients make confident decisions.
• Meet people at every level of an organisation, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
• Conduct interviews, reviewing documents, analysing data and testing how organisations manage risk.
• Take part in the full audit and assurance lifecycle, from planning through to report writing and presenting findings.
• Deliver practical recommendations that help organisations strengthen the way they work.

You’ll join one of our two biggest solutions, Finance Function Support or Risk and Governance, to start developing a valuable range of skills that could ultimately take you anywhere in Consulting. WHAT YOU COULD BE DOING

You’ll spend five days a week in the office or with clients because that’s where real consulting happens, working experienced colleagues who’ll support you, challenge you and help you build confidence as you go.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need experience, you don’t need to know exactly where your career is heading and you definitely don’t need all the answers. We’re looking for people who are curious, aren’t afraid to ask questions, who want to get involved and who enjoy working with others. To be considered,you’ll need to have:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification) or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level)
• An existingpermanent rightto live and work in the UK for this role.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices asrequired.

RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Your start date will be 14 September 2027. Start dates are mandatory – the training you receive from day one is designed to give you the best possible start to your career with us.
