Your role and responsibilities

At IBM Consulting, you will leverage your advanced SAP Security expertise to help clients navigate complex business challenges and opportunities. As an SAP Security Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and testing secure SAP systems, with a specific focus on GRC Access Controls.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide advice and guidance on implementing robust SAP security measures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
• Lead and manage teams to deliver end-to-end SAP security solutions across various projects, demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Develop and execute detailed implementation plans for SAP security components, especially during S/4HANA upgrades, including T3UP.
• Conduct comprehensive Change Management (OCM) activities to facilitate smooth transitions to new security protocols.
• Design and improve security processes and controls to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within SAP systems.
• Deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements, utilizing the latest SAP security technologies and tools.
• Participate in new and ongoing SAP implementation projects across various sectors, with preference for experience in the public sector or defense consulting environments.

Required education : Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise :

• Extensive SAP experience, including at least 3 full end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Controls modules including ARM, BRM, EAM, and ARA. Ability to design roles and lead workshops with business and Process Architects.
• Deep understanding of SAP Security, role building, complex restrictions, and other SAP security products and systems. Capable of role design and analysis, leading workshops with business and Process Architects.
• Familiarity with SAP IdM and general administration within the IdM toolset.
• Experience customizing SAP Security solutions and understanding core SAP modules, data structures, and data flows.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve defects and issues, understanding client needs and presenting solutions.
• Ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions to meet business needs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-profile activities within tight timelines.
• Track record of contributing effectively in team-oriented environments.
