Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.

The work is interesting, varied, and high profile, especially in a complex economic climate where clients and Regulators focus on risk and regulatory issues.

You can expect to work in areas such as:

1. Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learning coding languages, supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
2. Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimization.
3. Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with conduct risk, risk transformation, controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
4. Retail: Focusing on retail clients, dealing with conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.

Growth opportunities: The three-year programme helps build experience in Risk management, with support to attain the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.

Teams involved: Multiple teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into Risk management to make a positive impact.

Application link and entry requirements: We value diverse perspectives and assess both qualifications and personal qualities. Requirements include GCSE Maths and English Grade 5 or B*, 120 UCAS points from top 3 A levels, and a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline.

Training and development: We offer comprehensive training, including an immersive induction, courses, leadership sessions, and the FRM certification, supported by online tools and exams. Our hybrid model involves travel to training centers, with guidance on maximizing this experience.
