How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk

Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to clients.

The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile, focusing on risk and regulatory issues in a complex economic climate.

You can expect to work in the following areas:

  • Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learning coding languages, supporting areas like climate and credit risk modeling.
  • Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimization.
  • Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, controls, and reporting regulation.
  • Retail: Focusing on retail clients, including conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.

Growth Opportunities: Our three-year program helps build experience and expertise in risk management, supporting professional qualification like the FRM certification.

Teams: Working across teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into risk management to make a positive impact.

If you are curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.

Application Information:

We value diverse perspectives and assess candidates based on qualifications and qualities. Generally, you should demonstrate certain academic achievements, but applications are considered holistically.

Training and Development:

We offer comprehensive training, including a 5-day induction, courses, leadership sessions, and online resources. The program supports obtaining the FRM certification with flexible study options and support, including online portals, mock exams, and study tools.
