How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk

Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver real value to our clients.

The work is interesting and varied, focusing on risk and regulatory issues that are increasingly important in today's economic climate.

  • Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learning coding languages, supporting areas like climate and credit risk modelling.
  • Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients on prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks with services like assurance, deal support, and optimisation.
  • Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
  • Retail: Focusing on retail clients with interests in conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across various sectors.

Growth Opportunities: Our three-year programme helps you develop expertise in risk management across the financial sector, with support towards obtaining the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.

If you are curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.

Minimum academic requirements include GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or B, 120 UCAS points from your top three A Levels, and a 2:1 undergraduate degree.
