Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.

The work is interesting and varied, focusing on risk and regulatory issues in a complex economic climate.

You can expect to work in areas such as:

  • Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, and governance, including learning coding languages and supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
  • Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients on prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimization.
  • Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, and non-financial reporting regulation.
  • Retail: Focusing on retail clients with issues like conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS.

Growth Opportunities: Our three-year programme helps you develop expertise in risk management across finance sectors, supporting your pursuit of the FRM certification.

Teams: You will work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration into risk management to make a positive impact.
