Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll develop your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.

The work is interesting, varied, and high profile, especially in a complex economic climate where clients and regulators focus on risk and regulatory issues.

You will work in areas such as:

• Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working on model development, validation, governance, and learning coding languages, supporting clients in climate and credit risk modelling.
• Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients with prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimization.
• Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with conduct risk, risk transformation, controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
• Retail: Focusing on retail clients, including conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.

Growth Opportunities: The three-year programme helps build experience and expertise in risk management, supporting a professional qualification, the FRM certification.

Teams: Working across teams advising on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration in risk management, helping clients solve business problems with tailored solutions.

Entry requirements: Demonstrate strong academic grades and potential. We consider applications holistically, including socio-economic background and extenuating circumstances.

• GCSE Maths Grade 5 or B*
• GCSE English Language Grade 5 or B*
• 120 UCAS points from top 3 A Levels, excluding General Studies
• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline

Training and development: Includes a 5-day induction, formal courses, leadership talks, online learning, networking, and support for FRM certification, with a flexible study approach and hybrid training model.
