Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your understanding of the business and deliver value to clients from the outset.

The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile, especially in today's complex economic climate, with clients and regulators focusing more on risk and regulatory issues.

You can expect to work in the following areas:

• Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learning coding languages, supporting areas like climate and credit risk modelling.
• Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients on prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimization services.
• Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
• Retail: Focusing on retail clients, addressing conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.

Growth Opportunities: The three-year programme helps build experience and expertise in risk management, with support to achieve the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.

Teams: Working across multiple teams advising on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration into risk management to make a positive impact.

Entry Requirements

We value diverse perspectives and aim to assess your qualifications and qualities. Generally, you should demonstrate:

• GCSE Maths Grade 5 or B
• GCSE English Language Grade 5 or B
• 120 UCAS points from your top 3 A Level grades (excluding General Studies)
• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline

We encourage applications even if you are slightly below these grades, as your application will be reviewed holistically.

Training and Development

We support continuous learning through an immersive induction, formal courses, leadership sessions, online resources, and networking events. The programme also offers the FRM certification, with flexible study options and support, including online portals, mock exams, and study tools. Our hybrid model requires travel to training centers, and we provide guidance to maximize this experience.
