Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to get your career off to a flying start. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver real value to our clients straight away.

The work is interesting, varied, and high profile. In a complex economic climate, clients and Regulators are focusing more on risk and regulatory issues.

You can expect to work in the following areas:

Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model Risk involves potential adverse outcomes from errors in business and financial models and their use. You'll work with clients on model development, validation, and governance, and learn coding languages supporting climate risk and credit risk modelling.

Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks. Our team provides assurance, deal support, and optimization services on critical topics.

Wholesale: Assist wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.

Retail: Focus on retail clients, involving conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS. Clients range from global asset managers to insurance and banking sectors.

Growth Opportunities: The three-year program helps you build experience and expertise in risk management across finance sectors, supporting your professional development and FRM certification.

Teams: Work across multiple teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into risk management, helping clients solve business problems with pragmatic solutions.

Entry requirements: We value diverse perspectives and assess your qualifications and qualities. Typically, you need:

• GCSE Maths Grade 5 or B*
• GCSE English Language Grade 5 or B*
• 120 UCAS points from your top 3 A Level grades, excluding General Studies
• 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline

Training and Development: We offer a comprehensive curriculum including an immersive induction, formal courses, leadership sessions, online resources, and networking. The FRM certification is supported through online and in-centre courses, with flexible study options to suit your pace and learning style.
