Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.

The work is interesting and varied, especially in today's complex economic climate, focusing on risk and regulatory issues.

You can expect to work in the following areas:

  • Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learning coding languages, supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
  • Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimisation services.
  • Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
  • Retail: Focusing on retail clients, including conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.

Growth Opportunities: The three-year programme helps you build risk management expertise across financial sectors, supporting your certification for the Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

Teams: You will work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration into risk management, making a positive impact.
