Job Description:

How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk

Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.

The work is interesting, varied, and high profile, especially in a complex economic climate where risk and regulatory issues are increasingly important.

You can expect to work in the following areas:

Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model Risk involves managing adverse outcomes from errors in financial models. You will work on model development, validation, and governance, with opportunities to learn coding languages and support clients in climate and credit risk modelling.

Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and strategic advice.

Wholesale: Assist wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, controls, and reporting regulation.

Retail: Focus on retail clients, addressing conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.

Growth Opportunities: A three-year program to develop your risk management expertise across the financial sector, supporting your pursuit of the FRM certification.

Teams: Work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration in risk functions, making a positive impact.

If you're curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.

Application Link and Entry Requirements:

We value diverse perspectives and assess both qualifications and personal qualities. Typical requirements include:

  • GCSE Maths Grade 5 or B*
  • GCSE English Language Grade 5 or B*
  • 120 UCAS points from your top 3 A Levels, excluding General Studies
  • 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline

Training and Development: We offer comprehensive training, including an immersive induction, courses, leadership sessions, and online resources. The FRM certification is supported via online and in-person courses, with flexible study options to suit your learning style and a structured exam schedule over your contract duration.
