Qualifications

• Significant experience in product development discipline within a technical/design consultancy, corporate innovation function, or equivalent.
• Degree-educated or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience leading engineering/projects from concept to delivery, with focus on quality, time and cost.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes meeting product design and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions.
• Lead projects from concept through production ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery to high quality standards.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Stay updated on emerging manufacturing technologies and trends and apply best practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers and equipment vendors to select and implement technologies.
