  • Lead the delivery of complex programmes and projects
  • Support in identification of opportunities and in developing content for proposals
  • Have a commitment to continuous learning by learning from your mistakes and sharing your learnings with others. Demonstrates and models intellectual curiosity by continuously learning and developing
  • Actively contribute towards the development of the next generation of talent, supporting performance management and recruitment.

We are looking for the following profiles and skills:

Experience in Communications, Media, Software or High Tech or related industries is desired across all profiles. The ideal candidate should also have proven experience of team management and talent development.

Candidates should emphasise experience in any of the following areas:

Delivery Orchestration

  • Client Relationship Management – developing relationships with clints
  • Adaptability – Demonstrates the ability to be comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty.
  • Value Creation, Analysis & Prioritization – An ability to prioritse key activities needed to deliver client value
  • Risk Management – Able to communicate clearly on risks and provide mitigation options

Consulting

  • Client Relationship Management – working with stakeholders to realise the benefits of data activation i.e. unlocking the value of data.
  • Embraces a diversity of ideas, working styles, and cultural backgrounds that are different from own. Is open to different or new viewpoints.
  • Coaches colleagues and clients to be more effective storytellers. Develops and delivers a compelling vision for how a project or activity adds value.

Process & Architecture Design

  • Implementing next generation digital and innovative technologies.
  • Process Definition, Customer/User Journey Maps
  • Innovation – assessing latest technologies and identifying value-driven use cases that deliver growth to client businesses.

Set yourself apart:

  • Experience in B2B, across any industry
  • Experience in Home Broadband or related areas
  • Experience in Sustainability
