I'm working with a rapidly growing, boutique consultancy, who are looking to build their regional consulting team. Headquartered out of Manchester but working across the Midlands and the North of England, they have a really impressive culture, and have fantastic opportunities for progression, development and proposition leadership.
The team:
The team partner with leading private sector organisations, and local & central government teams to design and deliver business critical strategic transformation initiatives across their businesses. They have some deep specialism in the Aviation, Government, Retail and Consumer sectors, as well as clients across Transport, Logistics, Education and Utilities too.
Their work is hugely varied, from growth strategy, data and people change, to operating model design, to operational excellence, process improvement and Intelligent Automation, to executing experience transformation and programme delivery initiatives.
The role:
This role is an opportunity to take a leading role in a rapidly growing office.
Candidates will have had experience leading the scoping and delivery of some of the following projects:
