Overview

Consulting Graduate Programme - Southampton - September 2026. This is a full-time role with a start date of 15 September 2026. We are a growing consulting practice within RSM, offering opportunities to work with real clients from day one and develop a broad skillset across governance, risk, financial decision-making, and transformation services.

You’ll Need

• A predicted or achieved honours degree
• A minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications
• OR 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)

Please note: We don’t accept General Studies, AS levels or EPQs.

Programme details

• Start date: 15 September 2026
• Start dates are mandatory due to internal and professional training requirements

Teams

You’ll begin in one of two core teams:

• Risk Assurance - Help clients manage uncertainty with governance, risk assessment, and clear insight that supports growth.
• Finance Function Support (FFS) - Help clients improve financial decisions through reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

As you grow, you may experience other parts of RSM Consulting including business transformation, forensics, restructuring and deal services.
