Job summary

QR Consulting, a UK-based consultancy, invites you to join our project delivery team working across automotive, aerospace and robotics. You’ll diagnose client needs, shape solutions and deploy cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes for global brands.

With 2–5 years in management consulting, Agile delivery, and data storytelling, you’ll build trusted client relationships, mentor analysts, and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management consulting experience including delivery of AGILE client-facing projects.
• First-class or very high 2.1 degree, masters or PhD in any discipline.
• Strong project and people management skills with client trust.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication across manufacturing, technical and business contacts.
• Strong data skills to present data-driven stories that stakeholders buy into.
• Commitment to personal improvement and continuous professional development.
• Resilience to learn from mistakes and push forwards when things aren’t going to plan.
• Genuine curiosity and drive to make a difference for people and planet.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep insight into people, process, system and data for diagnostics and reporting.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Shape solutions, propose project plans and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Support deployments and development of our tools and solutions.
• Own your workstream and lead analysts/consultants to deliver transformative results.
• Attend washups and knowledge shares with other consultants.
• Support internal QR projects (team building, CSR, diversity, events, etc.).
• Travel to client sites; local travel preferred with Friday office time in London when possible.
