Position Overview:

The Consulting and Account Growth Lead, IET, will be part of Fractal's Apex team. The role involves working collaboratively with delivery teams to grow existing client relationships across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Position Fractal solutions to meet client requirements and become a trusted advisor by managing multi-threaded client relationships effectively.
  • Drive new business in select Energy and Manufacturing accounts, aligning with Solution teams to meet sales and margin targets.
  • Leverage industry knowledge in energy or B2B manufacturing, technology, and consultative sales to educate clients on our value proposition.
  • Build long-term trusted partnerships through face-to-face meetings and ensure delivery of client visions.
  • Develop deep understanding of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives to identify opportunities.
  • Proactively lead business development and pre-sales activities using industry and technical expertise.
  • Advance sales campaigns through needs-based, participative dialogues, cross-functional engagement, and workshops.
  • Represent the full Fractal portfolio with a broad understanding of AI, Engineering & Design, Behavioral Sciences.

Success Profile:

  • Proven track record in leading strategic engagements within energy/manufacturing accounts, focusing on analytics services with consistent revenue achievement.
  • Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen to manage and grow revenue.
  • Effective storyteller with the ability to link client challenges to internal capabilities and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse client audiences.
  • Team-oriented with experience in complex analysis and solution recommendation.
  • Experience leading large, global teams and managing account growth.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in data analytics with direct client interaction.
  • Ability and desire to develop client relationships and drive account growth.
  • Deep knowledge in areas like Consumer Analytics, Supply Chain, Sales, Digital, Marketing Analytics, DevOps, Financial Analytics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Willingness to work with distributed teams.
  • Graduate degree in relevant fields preferred.
  • Certification or experience with Cloud, SQL, Visualization, and Advanced Analytics is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
