Title: Consulting Account Partner

Type: Full time

Location: London / Milton Keynes, UK

Note: Not accepting Business Analyst / Program / Project Manager profiles.

Role Description: This role involves conceptualizing, building, and scaling an industry consulting practice. Candidates should describe their fit for these roles across various dimensions, including:

  1. Experience delivering advisory projects with examples.
  2. Experience leading teams on advisory projects, including details on business problems, team size, roles, and client sponsors.
  3. Experience managing complex teams delivering significant business, process, or technology changes.
  4. Experience selling consulting engagements.
  5. Experience building consulting teams, recruiting, mentoring, and developing frameworks and solutions.

Employment Type: Permanent

Experience: 12-15+ years, preferably in Healthcare (Pharma) R&D sector with industry expertise in specific areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from a leading business school
  • 12-15+ years of business consulting experience
  • Strong facilitation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Lean & Six Sigma certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
