Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Consultant in Urology to join a dynamic and supportive NHS hospital team in Northern Ireland. This 6-month locum position offers a fantastic chance to make a real impact in a highly respected unit, while experiencing the beauty and charm of Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering exceptional urology care, including consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Performing a range of urological surgeries and procedures
Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care
Mentoring and supporting junior medical staff, fostering a culture of learning
Contributing to clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
GMC registration with a license to practice
Specialist registration in Urology (mandatory)
Significant experience in urology at Consultant level
Full eligibility to work in the UK
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Availability to start ASAP
