Applications are invited for the post of Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedics based at North Manchester General Hospital (with special interest in knee surgery and fracture neck of femur surgery) but with the requirement to work flexibly across all MFT orthopaedics sites. The post holder will be part of a dynamic and innovative team of surgeons. Prospective candidates must be fellowship trained to deliver this service.
The successful candidate should be fellowship trained and have completed CCST along with full GMC registration and a license to practice in the UK is required.
Candidates must be eligible for their own GMC registration: an active license, ceased license or pending application with the GMC at the point of application. Candidates who do not fit this criteria will not progress through to the shortlisting stage.
The successful candidate will, above all, be a productive and cohesive member of the Trauma team.
