About The Role

The Transaction Services team provides forward-looking insights into the European and global transactions market. Whether representing buyers or sellers, we deliver comprehensive financial due diligence, offering value-driven advice and support across various industries.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze and model the financial performance of acquisition targets, including past and future performance.
  • Deliver specific sections of financial due diligence reports, such as quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and historical performance, reporting to Senior Consultants or Directors/MDs.
  • Create, manipulate, and analyze diverse data sets, taking responsibility for your databook.
  • Draft report sections relevant to your analysis areas.
  • Assist in business development through pipeline preparation, pitch documents, and asset discussions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Develop internal and external relationships proactively.
