Job Title: Town Planner

Role Overview: As part of our Environmental team, your work will involve environmental management, policy, strategy, infrastructure consents, and regeneration planning. You will support diverse projects, including infrastructure developments, regeneration schemes, and socio-economic planning, working with clients such as Highways England, Transport for London, and others.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide planning advice to clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on masterplans, planning applications, and regeneration strategies.
  2. Understand client challenges and apply your expertise to deliver optimal solutions.
  3. Support client relationships and contribute to work-winning efforts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in policy, strategy, planning applications, and regeneration planning.
  • Knowledge of socio-economic and health impact assessments.
  • Experience with infrastructure consents and working within matrix teams.
  • Relevant degree and Master's in planning, working towards MRTPI chartership.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills, including virtual public engagement and working with hard-to-reach groups.
