Our Programme Advisory (PA) business unit has a proven track record of working with public and private sector clients to deliver complex strategies, set-up, and transformations for major programmes both in the UK and globally, with the ambition of being No.1 in the strategy, set-up, and delivery of infrastructure programmes combining Asset Management and Programme Advisory and core delivery capabilities.

Our Programme Commercial Advisory team within PA supports iconic clients across a wide range of sectors through designing, developing, implementing, and optimising commercial strategies, models, and operating frameworks. This includes the entire commercial lifecycle from market intelligence to performance optimisation.

We are seeking talented individuals at Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Principal Consultant levels across multiple UK locations who are eager to support major programmes and help set new standards in supply chain and commercial delivery.

As part of our team, you will influence and transform performance on impactful programmes for a green, inclusive, and productive world. If you are forward-thinking, passionate about making a difference, and possess strong commercial/procurement skills, this is an excellent opportunity.

Building on your background in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Cost & Commercial Management, you will be part of a team of specialists focused on setting up, transforming, and delivering major programmes. As a Principal / Senior Consultant, your role involves:

• Understanding and communicating strategic levers for successful commercial outcomes.
• Guiding clients in establishing optimal commercial approaches throughout asset lifecycles.
• Translating client visions into effective commercial solutions.
• Deploying and optimizing management strategies, processes, tools, and systems.
• Collaborating with diverse teams and developing strong stakeholder relationships.
• Supporting change management initiatives.
• Contributing to business development and internal product development.
• Managing multiple projects and delivering quality outputs within challenging timelines.

Qualifications, experience, and skills:

• Deep understanding of Infrastructure and/or Natural Resources markets and their commercial requirements.
• Knowledge of the commercial lifecycle and supporting client needs.
• Experience in complex, large-scale environments and projects within commercial or transformational contexts.
• Familiarity with construction industry initiatives (e.g., Construction Playbook, Project 13).
• Professional qualification such as MCIPS, RICS, or equivalent is desirable.
