As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, focused on driving revenue, developing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong client portfolio within the management consulting sector.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with their hiring needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client objectives and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to address their challenges.
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle - from lead generation and initial outreach to deal closure and long-term follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with our delivery teams to ensure efficient and successful candidate placement.
  • Provide market insights to clients, advising on talent trends and opportunities.
  • Represent Consulting Point in virtual client meetings and online engagements, ensuring consistent communication and relationship-building.
