YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will leverage your industry and operational experience to:

  1. Work with clients to understand challenges and develop solutions.
  2. Build business cases.
  3. Conduct analysis.

You will also contribute to the business and your personal growth through activities such as:

  • Business Development – leading proposals, RFPs, bids, developing propositions, contributing to client pitches, hosting clients at events.
  • Internal contribution – developing campaigns, participating in think-tanks, authoring whitepapers, practice development, offering development.
  • Learning & development – training, certifications, and skill enhancement opportunities.
YOUR PROFILE

You will have:

  • A deep understanding of A&D manufacturing industry processes and operations.
  • An engineering academic background (e.g., Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering).
  • Knowledge of lean processes, business case development, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with operational technologies and business tools like SAP, Data & AI, PLM, Cloud Technologies.
  • Experience with industry transformation projects.

Optional:

  • Current employment in aerospace and defence manufacturing or industry experience with a major consulting firm, demonstrating success in a matrixed organization.

Applicants must be UK British nationals (single nationality) and meet UK security clearance requirements, including no trips longer than 28 days outside the UK in the last 5 years, to be eligible for security clearance.
