Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic radiologist to join its Nuclear Medicine / PET-CT team. The role involves providing high-quality imaging services with opportunities for specialization and a supportive work environment, including a 4-day week and home reporting options.
We are looking for an enthusiastic radiologist to join the team of Nuclear Medicine / PET-CT radiologists working cross site to provide high quality imaging services to Oxfordshire . The Trust is a cancer centre with a large oncology unit, a surgical centre, a tertiary referral centre for disease and is also a major trauma centre. The Directorate is progressive and keen to invest in the future workforce with such measures as a 4 day week, home reporting, advanced practitioner radiographers and cycle to work schemes.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide imaging support for nuclear medicine / PET/CT patients and cross-sectional imaging responsibility for the Trust. The Directorate is developing an extended day working on rotation and the candidate will be expected to participate in this service.

The post holder will be part of the radiology team and deliver high quality imaging, intervention and biopsy services across the Trust. Additional subspecialty interests may be accommodated/supported e.g. in oncological imaging.
