Consultant / Senior Consultant (Quantity Surveying and Delay Analysis)

  • Location: Warwickshire
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: 55-75,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Join a leading construction contract dispute consultancy as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in this Dispute Resolution and Claims Management team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for excelling in the dispute resolution and claims management field within the construction or engineering sectors.



Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide expert advice and support across a range of specialist services including various forms of contract, quantum, program delay analysis, and project management.
  • Engage with and advise industry-leading clients in the delivery of major projects.
  • Promote the brand as an established leader in the construction dispute advisory role, enhancing our reputation for delivering trusted expert services.
  • Be an integral part of the future success and development of the business, contributing to strategic decisions and initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous quantity surveying or construction planner experience will be required
  • A keen interest in developing experience in the specialist field of dispute resolution and construction claims.
  • Flexible, creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
