Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical or Forensic Psychologist to join Acute CAMHS as Consultant Practitioner Psychologist and Lead for Psychological Professions. The post combines strategic leadership with direct clinical work with children and families across Sussex.

You will provide professional and clinical leadership across Acute CAMHS, develop inpatient and crisis pathways, and contribute to workforce development while maintaining hands-on treatment

Formación

• HCPC registration with substantial post-qualification experience in specialist mental health services.
• Strong leadership skills and multidisciplinary teamwork experience.
• Experience in CAMHS, crisis services, inpatient settings or acute pathways is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Providing professional leadership for Psychological Professions across Acute CAMHS
• Leading the delivery of specialist psychological assessment, consultation and intervention
• Supporting the ongoing development of inpatient and crisis pathways across Sussex
• Influencing service transformation, innovation and quality improvement initiatives
• Providing supervision, support and leadership to Psychological Professionals across services
• Working alongside colleagues from psychology, psychiatry, nursing, occupational therapy, family therapy, social work and mental health practitioner backgrounds
• Supporting psychologically informed approaches to care across Acute CAMHS
• Contributing to workforce development, clinical governance and service improvement
