Join an established Inpatient team and a supportive Consultant group within leafy Trafford in South Manchester. Flexible working patterns are supported, and the role can be adapted if the successful applicant wishes to work part-time or pursue other interests such as research. The Consultant Psychiatrist will be responsible for the care of 15 patients on Medlock ward, a 21-bedded all-female acute assessment ward, supported by a ward Associate Specialty doctor. They will actively contribute to developing the service in line with trauma-informed care and be supported in innovating the delivery of patient-centered, high-quality care. This position is based at the Moorside Unit, on the site of Trafford General Hospital.
