Job Title: Consultant Psychiatrist
Location: Northern Ireland
Contract Type: Full-Time, Locum
Duration: 3 Months (From 16/05/2025)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Consultant Psychiatrist. This full-time locum position is set to start on 16th May 2025 and will run for an initial duration of 3 months, offering a stable and rewarding opportunity within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality psychiatric care within inpatient and/or community settings

Carry out clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across both sites

Participate in ward rounds, care coordination, and clinical meetings

Ensure documentation, clinical governance, and risk management standards are met

Requirements:

Full GMC registration with a license to practise

Previous experience working at consultant level within mental health services

Excellent communication and clinical leadership skills

Competitive locum rates
