Job Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the West Kent Directorate Team within the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. We are seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic Business Administrator to support the Senior Management Team and the wider Directorate.

The role is dynamic and involves working closely with the Directorate Management Team. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for liaising effectively across all levels of staff and working collaboratively as part of a team.

You should be confident, innovative, motivated, and capable of maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization, with the ability to work independently.

Main Duties of the Job

Key Result Areas:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
  • Collaborate with operational managers to standardize administrative practices across services within the Directorate.
  • Assist in adapting existing systems and processes in line with new pathways and models of care.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of practices based on service demands and needs.
