Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust invites applications for a Consultant Psychiatrist to lead and contribute to high-quality mental health and learning disability care across Kent and Medway. The post emphasises medical leadership and participation in development opportunities to shape service delivery.

The role supports leadership development with a strong focus on engagement, governance and high standards of clinical care, within an all-ages service spanning hospital and community

Competenze

• MB BS or equivalent medical qualification required.
• Fully registered with the GMC with a Licence to Practise.
• On the GMC Specialist Register OR within six months of completing CCT in Older Adult psychiatry.
• Approved Clinician status OR able to achieve within 3 months of appointment.
• Approved under S12 OR able to achieve with 3 months of appointment.

Mansioni

• Provide mental health and learning disability services to a population in Kent and Medway.
• Demonstrate medical leadership and participate in leadership development opportunities.
• Deliver care in both hospital and community settings across the county.
• Contribute to service development and delivery decisions through involvement in governance.

Formazione
