We're Hiring: Consultant Psychiatrist – CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health) | 12-Month Fixed Term | Jersey, Channel Islands

Join our dedicated Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team in Jersey, Channel Islands for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality care while enjoying the exceptional lifestyle that island living offers.

The Role:

As a Consultant Psychiatrist within our dynamic CAMHS team, you will:

• Provide specialist psychiatric care to children and adolescents with diverse mental health needs.
• Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team including psychologists, nurses, therapists, and social workers.
• Champion early intervention and support service development to enhance mental health outcomes for young people.
• Take a lead role in clinical supervision, teaching, and innovation.

Based in Jersey, just a short flight from the UK mainland. Enjoy a scenic, safe, and welcoming island community with an excellent work-life balance.

• Fixed-term: 12 months
• Full-time preferred (part-time considered for the right candidate)

Who We’re Looking For:

• GMC-registered Consultant Psychiatrist with a CCT in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary CAMHS settings
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative skills
