Acute Services
Our aim is to provide high-quality assessment, care, and treatment, helping patients progress to less restrictive settings and live independently near communities.
Our multidisciplinary teams have extensive experience, and we seek Consultant Psychiatrists interested in working within Acute services alongside PICU teams.
We include patients in planning their care, valuing each individual’s qualities. Our teams are compassionate, inclusive, motivated, and focused on outcomes, respecting everyone’s dignity.
The Role
If you want to work with an innovative, dynamic team, develop and deliver up-to-date treatments, and work in a supportive environment, this role is for you! You will be data-driven, with dashboards supporting clinical decisions. You will provide leadership, foster psychological safety, and drive quality improvements aligned with our quality management system and strategy.
