Youll be part of a multidisciplinary team including Nursing, OT, Psychology, and Social Work, supporting patients with the help of an Associate Specialist doctor. While primarily responsible for delivering a quality clinical service, you will also be expected to be actively involved in the strategic development of the team and broader services, being involved with the ward manager and senior management team in helping to steer the development of the service in line with the strategic direction of the hospital and Elysium. The successful candidate will also participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, care reviews, and strategic service development. Collaborating with external agencies, implementing the Mental Health Act, contributing to clinical governance, audits, and service improvement are key responsibilities.
