Consultant / Project Manager - FinTech CRM SaaS

Formation Technology Group Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

We are seeking a Consultant / Project Manager to join our successful company and help build our next-generation financial services platform.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Report to the program manager and assist with project-related activities
  • Manage support requests and set tasks
  • Track and troubleshoot issues as they are diagnosed and resolved
  • Handle escalations and work with the project manager to eliminate blockers
  • Understand new requirements and assess their impact on existing and new customers
  • Serve as the point of contact for the project manager, clients, and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
