The post offers an exciting opportunity to establish new specialist areas and to work within a forward-thinking paediatric team in York.

The role includes providing paediatric and neonatal care with a 1:10 non-resident on-call rota, and close collaboration with emergency medicine and anaesthetic colleagues to stabilise critically

Qualifications

• General paediatric experience required.
• Interest in cardiology to develop services.
• Solid neonatal skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paediatric and neonatal care.
• Develop and lead cardiology-related paediatric initiatives.
• Participate in 1:10 non-resident on‑call rota and urgent care cover.
• Collaborate with emergency medicine and anaesthesia teams.
