Job summary

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Consultant Orthodontist to join an established team of three consultants. You will provide consultant-led orthodontic assessment and treatment, work across Cumberland Infirmary and West Cumberland Hospital, and participate in multidisciplinary clinics including orthognathic and cleft services.

Qualifications

• BDS or equivalent GDC registration and entry on the GDC specialist list in Orthodontics.
• MOrth or equivalent with CCT within six months of completion.
• Commitment to teaching, governance and multidisciplinary working.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-led specialist orthodontic advisory and treatment service.
• Deliver high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary setting.
• Supervise trainees and contribute to education and quality improvement.
• Participate in governance, audit and research activities.
