The NHS is seeking a Consultant Orthodontist to join the expanding orthodontic team at University Hospitals of Northamptonshire. This role involves treating patients across hospital sites, mentoring staff, and engaging in clinical teaching. Ideal candidates will possess a GDC registration and a Master's in Orthodontics, with flexibility regarding workload and scheduling supported.
Applications are warmly invited for a substantive consultant as part of the expansion of our University Hospitals of Northamptonshire Orthodontic Service.
You will join our team of 4 Orthodontic Consultants working across UHL working with ourMaxillofacial colleagues and laboratory colleagues, treating patients across hospital sites in Northamptonshire.
As part of the Orthodontic Team you will be supported in all aspects of the role, but you will also support, coach and impart your knowledge and experience to your team.
The department has close teaching and training links to the East Midlands Deanery for DCTs, and has an orthodontic speciality trainees working within the team, as well as therapists and laboratory colleagues at both sites.
