Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. The role involves patient care, on-call duties, and collaborative practices with medical teams to enhance service delivery. Successful candidates will possess a CCT in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and demonstrate effective leadership skills in a clinical setting.
A requirement of the post is to have achieved ATSM/SITM in Maternal Medicine/High Risk Pregnancy. The post holder will contribute to prospective on-call rota (1 in 8) covering both obstetrics and gynaecology.
The post holder will also contribute to prospective daytime clinical cover of gynaecology ward (1:12) or delivery suite (1:8).
You will be required to adhere to the principles of good medical practice as laid down by the General Medical Council.
