Job Description:

Cpl UK Healthcare (formerly RIG Locums) is currently looking for an experienced Forensic Consultant based in North Wales.

The post is full-time, comprising 10 sessions. The Consultant will work in our Forensic Medium Secure Unit.

Clinical duties include comprehensive assessment of referrals, leadership of MDT, and working to the requirements of the MH (Wales) Measure.

Responsibilities also include clinical supervision and practice development of medical, nursing, and other staff, as well as providing specialist forensic assessments related to Courts, MAPPA, and NOMS.

The Consultant will provide specialist forensic assessments and consultation advice to CMHTs and acute inpatient services in North Wales.

The team operates on a model where each Consultant has primary responsibility for a caseload within inpatient services.
