Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking five substantive Consultant Neurologists to deliver a general neurology service across Leeds Teaching Hospitals and Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Trusts. Roles include weekend/evening on-call duties and participation in a hub-and-spoke model of care for West Yorkshire.

Applicants should hold MRCP (or equivalent) and be on the Specialist Register or within 6 months of CCT at interview; sponsorship guidance applies and applicants must meet UK visa

Qualifications

• Established skills in neurology and its related specialties.
• Strong commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and a research interest is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a general neurology service in collaboration with current teams.
• Be part of the neurology on-call roster for weekends and evenings.
• Contribute to a hub-and-spoke model of care across Trusts.
