Job Description
As a Consultant in the Infosys Cyber Security Consulting & Advisory (C&A) Team, you will be involved in different phases of the Cyber Security consulting lifecycle. You will be a highly skilled Cybersecurity practitioner in primary skills associated with Network Security, as well as secondary skills in Technical areas such as IDAM, Engineering, GRC, and IOT/OT security. The successful candidate will support clients' security roadmap and compliance requirements through Assessments, Design reviews, and Upgrades.

Your Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in both onshore and offshore on project processes and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability-building.
• Shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients.

Required Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of industry experience in enterprise cyber security.
• Security Practitioner with experience in operational/tactical execution and strategy.
• Understanding of Security Solutions such as MS Sentinel, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike.
• Exposure to Threat Methodology and Incident Response.
• Experience with Security Assessments & Compliance, evaluating risk, and ensuring compliance.
• Ability to implement risk mitigation strategies for ICS/SCADA and IoT environments.
• Experience in Vendor & Third-Party Security Management.
• Develop and conduct cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
• Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
• Good awareness of industry trends and technologies.
• Experience in consulting teams or organizations.
• Relevant industry certifications in cyber security.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Exposure to diverse cultures and emerging technologies.
• Experience with similar roles in consulting.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project management for OT security projects.
