We are seeking suitably qualified Landscape Architects & Landscape Planners with a diverse track record to join the UK Landscape & Urban Design team. We are a passionate and motivated team with offices across the UK. We value integrity, professionalism, creativity, and vision. As part of the UK Environment business, the successful candidate will join a diverse, collaborative team working alongside colleagues across the UK and abroad.

  • Be an integral part of a vibrant, ambitious, and friendly team.
  • Manage smaller projects independently and support delivery of tasks within larger projects.
  • Prepare technical information for landscape infrastructure, development, and improvement projects, including:
  • Strategic and feasibility/concept studies
  • Landscape and visual assessments (LVIA) for linear and site-based projects
  • Townscape and visual impact assessments (TVIA)
  • Preliminary/sketch and detailed designs, including drawings, construction detailing, schedules, and specifications for planning applications
  • Tender and construction packages, inspections during and post-construction
  • Support development of client relationships in public and private sectors
  • Assist in preparing bids for projects of varying complexity
  • Delegate project work to junior team members
  • Engage in client-facing activities, including design advice, workshops, and stakeholder events
  • Participate in internal multidisciplinary groups promoting innovation and leadership
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
  • Postgraduate diploma/Master's in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
  • Experience in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments
  • Experience in landscape and urban design projects (desirable)
  • Experience managing landscape design during construction (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Autodesk, Bentley, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills
